We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
Browser opt-out signals. If we change our practices in the future such that our processing constitutes “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law, we will honor recognized universal opt-out mechanisms (such as the Global Privacy Control) and update this Policy accordingly.
5. Security
We have implemented and maintain technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, and damage. 6. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, after which it is deleted, archived, or de-identified, unless we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations or for another legitimate and lawful purpose. To determine appropriate retention periods, we consider:
- the terms of our agreements with you or your organization;
- our legitimate business interests, as described in this Policy;
- our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations; and
- the nature and sensitivity of the personal information.
In some cases, we may de-identify personal information so that it can no longer reasonably be associated with you. Where we use de-identified data, we will maintain it without attempting to re-identify it, or treat it as personal information subject to applicable law.
